If you teach yourself, you might be familiar with this situation: The last lesson is over, you just want to quickly pack up your things, but the entire teacher's desk is a mess of worksheets and teaching materials that need to be sorted after class. 🤯
To get home quickly, I often just tossed all the loose papers and notebooks into my basket or backpack. But since I often don't have the time to organize everything properly at home, my desk regularly becomes a complete mess!
I spent a long time searching for a suitable solution to this problem and acquired folders, desk organizers, and binders, which helped organize my workspace for a short time. However, at some point, organizing all the copies and materials became too tedious. So, a new solution was needed!
❌😏 No more paper chaos
The digital teacher calendar finally helped me put an end to my paper chaos. By being able to store my class lists, timetables, whiteboard drawings, and notes all in one place, I was not only able to eliminate the clutter on my desk but also saved myself the constant search for the right worksheets and materials.
👀 Keeping an overview even on chaotic days
When breaks are filled with coordinating with colleagues, copying work materials, preparing lessons, resolving student conflicts, and keeping the classroom tidy, there is usually no time to organize all the documents or create elaborate blackboard drawings - especially on chaotic days, I often found it difficult to keep track of everything.
Thanks to the ability to link the digital teacher calendar to the lesson planner , I can find all the materials I need with just one click! This saves me the time I would otherwise have to spend sifting through all my papers to find the right one for each lesson. I can also transfer prepared presentations or blackboard images directly to the whiteboard using the link, allowing me to start teaching without much effort. 🥳
😌💬 Spontaneous conversation – no problem!
Have you ever been in a situation where you had to have a spontaneous parent-teacher meeting and didn't have the information about the student right in front of you?
To be perfectly prepared for such moments, the digital teacher calendar allows me to link my student notes directly to the class list. This means I only need one click to access all the information and enter the conversation perfectly organized. So, if a last-minute meeting is scheduled, I no longer have to frantically gather all my notes and documents; I can simply open the class list – and I have a direct overview of the child's grades and academic performance.
📅 Always up to date!
Whether on a tablet, smartphone, or laptop, your calendar data can be automatically synchronized across all devices. While I used to have to rush to the staff room during breaks to check if I had to supervise the schoolyard, I can now easily save the schedule in my calendar, access it on my phone on the way to school, or even set a reminder. This way, I can be sure I won't miss any appointments or assignments.
Conclusion: A real game changer for everyday school life! 🤩
The digital teacher calendar offers numerous advantages for everyday school life – especially by collecting class lists, timetables, blackboard images, documents, and notes in one place and making them accessible from anywhere. This not only contributes to more efficient planning and organization, but also facilitates the administration and preparation of lessons and parent-teacher meetings thanks to practical additional pages.
In addition, the digital planner provides quick access to all important pages and information via hyperlinks. This makes the digital teacher's calendar not only the perfect solution for my paper chaos, but also saves me a lot of time and stress in the hectic school routine! 😋

Paperless Life:
Hilfestellungen?
Liebe Grüße
Michaela

Paperless Life:
