I've made this pasta several times now, always tweaking it a bit and perfecting it (at least for my taste 😌) - so I really want to share the recipe with you today! 🙌🏼

Ingredients: Simple, quick and so, so good

🍝 For the pasta:

1 can of lentils

Pasta of your choice
-
1 onion
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
1 handful of cherry tomatoes

3 tsp paprika powder
-
2 tsp tomato paste
-
Salt & Pepper
-
butter
🌿 For the yogurt-mint dip:

yogurt
-
Fresh mint
-
1 garlic clove
-
Optional: a splash of lime juice
Your new favorite dish in under 30 minutes
Step 1: Cook pasta
First, bring water to a boil in a large pot, then add the pasta.
Step 2: Prepare lentils and onions
While the pasta is cooking, rinse the lentils thoroughly. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Add the lentils, fry briefly, and then stir in the tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Mix the yogurt-mint dip
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt with finely chopped mint and garlic. Optionally, add a squeeze of lime juice for a fresh twist.
Step 4: Prepare paprika butter
Melt butter in a small pan, then add 1 teaspoon of paprika and let it foam briefly. This aromatic butter makes the dish truly special! 🌟
Step 5: Prepare tomatoes
Now all you have to do is quarter the cherry tomatoes—they'll be added to the pasta later for some extra freshness. 🍅
Step 6: Layer everything and enjoy!
Now comes the best part: serving! 💚
