Everything you need for the perfect crumble
For a medium-sized casserole dish you need:
-
250 g flour
-
150 g butter (cold, in pieces)
-
100 g sugar (plus a little extra for the berries)
-
500 g frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or a mixture)
-
Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon or vanilla sugar for the crumble
-
Optional: vanilla ice cream or another type of ice cream to serve
Tip: If you don't like berries, or only have other fruit at home, you can easily vary it - apples, pears or just strawberries taste just as good with the crumble!
