Since I've saved the recipe in my digital recipe book, sharing is super easy: One click is all it takes, and I can send it to everyone. So you can easily save this pasta with pumpkin and feta, you'll find the recipe file for download below. 🎉
1. Comfort food for cold days: Everything you need for pumpkin pasta
1/2 Hokkaido pumpkinCherry tomatoes
1 carrot
1/2 block of feta
Yeast flakes
Salt
pepper
Paprika spice
Some olive oil
1 onion
noodles
150 ml cream
Optional: arugula, burrata and pumpkin seeds to top!
2. Step-by-step instructions: Creamy pumpkin pasta in 30 minutes
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into pieces. Then chop the tomatoes, carrot, and onion.
😂 If you're already thinking, "That's just weight training!" while you're cutting it, pop the pumpkin in the oven. After 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, it will be buttery soft, and you can get back to the relaxing part: enjoying the pasta!
Step 2: Into the casserole dish
Put everything in a baking dish, place the feta in the middle, season generously with salt, pepper and paprika and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 3: Let it bake
Place the casserole dish in the oven at 180°C for about 20–30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
Step 4: Conjure up a creamy sauce
Remove the baked vegetables from the oven and place them in a blender along with the cream, nutritional yeast, and a little pasta water. Blend everything until you have a creamy sauce.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
Mix the sauce with the pasta, top with arugula, burrata, or pumpkin seeds as desired—and then simply enjoy! 🤩

Hey, cooles Rezept, aber auf dem ersten Bild mit den Zutaten steht „Hokaiodo“ statt „Hokkaido“, wie es richtig im Rezept geschrieben steht.
